October 18-23, 2021 Eagle Eye

Check out this week's attached eagle eye for an overview of the week's schedule, including DCS game times & locations, a look at important upcoming dates, and ministry opportunities.

Our soccer and volleyball seasons are approaching their final culmination weeks.  There are lots of games this week in all age levels.  Both our varsity soccer and volleyball teams finished last week strong and are fighting hard for title finishes!  Varsity soccer remains undefeated and varsity volleyball is still ranked 2nd in State.  Come support these teams as they wrap up their regular season and position themselves for playoffs!!

This Thursday, 10/21, Connie Wymore is back to conduct hearing and vision screenings.  Flyers to sign up were sent home last week.  You can also find the flyer attached to this email or in the school office.  If you would like to take advantage of this service, please have your flyer filled out and returned with appropriate payment no later than Tuesday, 10/19, this week.  Additionally, we are looking for a volunteer to help Connie out on Thursday.  Please contact Heidi Hale in the school office for details.

Late Drop Off - All Elementary students arriving late (after 8:15 am), must be escorted into the school office by their parent.  For the safety of your child, we ask that you do not drop your elementary age student off outside as we do not have staff outside to receive students after the tardy bell (8:15 am). Additionally, students arriving late are not to be dropped off directly to their class.  If this occurs, they will be sent to the school office. All late arriving students must check in at the school office first.
